Book Review: We'll Always have Summer by Jenny Han

Synopsis from Goodreads

It's been two years since Conrad told Belly to go with Jeremiah. She and Jeremiah have been inseparable ever since, even attending the same college-- only, their relationship hasn't exactly been the happily ever after Belly had hoped it would be. And when Jeremiah makes the worst mistake a boy can make, Belly is forced to question what she thought was true love. Does she really have a future with Jeremiah? Has she ever gotten over Conrad? It's time for Belly to decide, once and for all, who has her heart forever.

Book Review

This is the last book of the Summer Series, so to be totally honest i was preparing my emotional state when i was reading this cause i have said in my previous review of the 2nd book i was as confuse as Belly was, don't know which is the right guy for Belly.

the 3rd book is about Belly having a relationship with the other Fisher Brother Jeremiah, so Jeremiah did somethig really bad like *coughs* cheated on Belly, so to make up with all that mistake he asked Belly to marry him cause they loved each other so much.

My thoughts??

erm. hmmmm... well i am glad to say that i didn't brawl my eyes out while reading it, reading this one is just made me as confuse as the 2nd book, *sighs* while I'm reading this i can't help but to feel sorry for the characters, they are just so emotionally tormented GOD!! oh my! never have i seen such rawness... of all the characters i feel very sorry for Jeremiah, cause i guess he truly loved Belly i mean even though he cheated at least he was honest enough to admit it unlike Conrad! Duh! WTH! he just realized that he loves Belly when he lost her!

"Would you pick someone you loved or someone who loves you?"

the book really answered the question i have stated above cause the book really thought me that your first love will always and will remain in your heart, no matter what happens although you'll find another one, but still your first love will still remain little fragment in your heart *sighs*.

so the summer series has come to an end, well i can say that this is a nice book, very new and fresh and contemporary. the love that exist here is has different faces, like loving your family members, selfless love, selfish one. i was a bit satisfied about this book, the ending is quite good i would have given it a 5 star rating but the ending is quite what  haven't expected. but the book is still a nice read. :)

  1. Hey Gabby, great review. I'm not sure if this is a book for me. I think I am a bit exhausted with all the emotionally tormented stuff. Plus it sounds awful that both boys seem to have cheated on poor Belly!

I noticed that you're going to try Burn Bright and would love to know what you think. I reviewed it not long ago and I'm still not sure about it.

FYI- for some reason blogger wasn't alerting me to any of your blog updates so I had to re-add myself as a follower.
